Chris Hurn is currently CEO and Cofounder of Mercantile Capital Corporation (MCC), a nationwide, nonbank commercial lending firm that specializes in SBA 504 loans for business owners who want to own their commercial property. His company has appeared on the Inc. 500|5000 list of America’s fastest-growing companies for three consecutive years, originally ranked #245 with 951% growth over a 3-year period.

During 2010, Mercantile closed 51 commercial loans for projects valued at $140.6 million, an 80% increase over its total project volume in 2009. This marks the highest total number of loans closed in one year by the company since 2006, when it closed 56, and is a testament to Chris’ leadership during “interesting” economic times.

Chris is well-known for his innovative marketing strategies and continues to coach and consult nationally with various business owners and entrepreneurs. Here a few other notable awards and accolades Chris has received:
